Actually no, it doesn’t. I asked if the tech could do a data recovery for me and Dell pretty much backed the hell up and said they won’t do that. They told me to go find a company that do it. Yea I have most of my photos online so pretty lucky! Few Romanian ones are still on my camera so all is well :)
